At Milan Luxury Hair, we take great pride in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
- The item has not been washed, styled, cut, or chemically treated
- Proof of purchase is provided
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Custom or personalised orders
- Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
