Milan Luxury Hair – Premium Human Hair Wig Policy

At Milan Luxury Hair, we specialize in luxury human hair wigs, raw Vietnamese hair, virgin hair extensions, and Remy hair wigs crafted to the highest international standards.

Due to the hygienic, personal-use, and high-value nature of premium human hair products, Milan Luxury Hair maintains a strict return and exchange policy that aligns with global luxury beauty industry standards.

Our policy is designed to protect product integrity, ensure customer confidence, and preserve the premium quality of our luxury human hair wigs and extensions.


Return Eligibility Window

Domestic & International Orders

Requests for returns or exchanges must be submitted within 7 calendar days of confirmed delivery.

Manufacturer Defect or Fulfillment Error

If a luxury human hair wig or extension arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported within 14 calendar days of delivery with supporting photographic or video evidence.

Requests submitted outside these timelines will unfortunately not be eligible for processing.


Conditions for Returns & Exchanges

To maintain the luxury quality and hygiene standards of Milan Luxury Hair products, all returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, unworn, uninstalled, and unaltered

  • Hair must remain in its original condition

The product must show no signs of:

  • Cutting

  • Coloring

  • Washing

  • Styling

  • Sewing

  • Chemical processing

  • Heat styling

Additional requirements:

  • All original tags, seals, packaging, and accessories must remain intact

  • Wigs may only be tried on using a wig cap

  • The item must be returned in resalable condition

Any item showing signs of use, odor, damage, tampering, or alteration will be rejected following our quality inspection process.


Exchanges, Store Credit & Refund Policy

To protect the value and authenticity of premium human hair wigs and raw Vietnamese hair extensions, Milan Luxury Hair does not offer cash refunds.

Approved returns may qualify for:

  • Product exchange, or

  • Store credit

Exchange terms:

  • Exchanges must be for items of equal value

  • Any price difference must be paid prior to processing

  • All exchanges are subject to final quality inspection

This policy is consistent with international hygiene exemptions applicable to beauty and personal-use products.


Inspection & Processing Timeline

Once a return is received:

  • Items are inspected within 3–5 business days

  • Approved exchanges or store credit are issued within 5–7 business days

Processing times exclude shipping transit periods.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a luxury human hair wig or extension that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  1. Notify Milan Luxury Hair within 14 days of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographic or video evidence

After verification, Milan Luxury Hair will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional product cost.

Shipping resolutions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.


Return Shipping & Applicable Fees

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of confirmed defects or fulfillment errors

  • Approved returns may be subject to handling, replacement, or restocking fees

  • Any applicable fees will be communicated after inspection

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable:

  • Used, installed, altered, or customized products

  • Items returned outside the eligibility window

  • Clearance, promotional, or discounted items (unless defective or incorrectly supplied)


Store Credit Terms

Approved returns may be issued as store credit, subject to the following conditions:

  • Valid for 6 months from the date of issuance

  • Non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash

  • Redeemable exclusively at www.milanluxuryhair.com

Any unused credit expires automatically after the validity period.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This policy shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without prejudice to applicable international consumer protection principles.

Any dispute shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

Where unresolved, disputes will be referred to arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria, under internationally recognized arbitration rules. Arbitration decisions shall be final and binding.
