1. Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched from Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria, or directly from our Milan Hair Vietnam office or factory. We offer standard and express delivery options nationwide, as well as international shipping to the UK, USA, Canada, and select global locations. Tracking details are provided for every shipment from dispatch to delivery.Return & Exchange Policy
At Milan Luxury Hair, we are committed to delivering premium-quality hair products and a seamless customer experience. Due to the hygienic nature and value of our products, we maintain a strict but fair return and exchange policy.
2. Return Eligibility Timeline
Lagos Orders: Return or exchange requests must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Other Nigerian States: Requests must be initiated within 48β72 hours of delivery.
International Orders: Requests must be initiated within 72 hours of delivery.
All requests outside these timeframes will not be eligible for return or exchange.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To qualify for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:
Product must be unused, unworn, unaltered, and intact
Hair must be in its original state, with no cutting, coloring, washing, styling, sewing, or chemical processing
All original tags, seals, packaging, and accessories (including wig caps) must remain intact
Wigs may only be tried on with a wig cap for fitting purposes
Products must be returned in resalable condition
Any item that shows signs of use, alteration, damage, or tampering will be declined.
Exchanges & Refunds
We do not offer cash refunds
Approved returns are eligible for exchange only, for another product of equal value
Price differences (if any) must be settled before exchange processing
Exchange approvals are subject to quality inspection and assessment
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
Provide clear photos and/or videos as evidence
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no extra product cost
Handling, Replacement & Restocking Fees
Approved returns may be subject to handling, replacement, or restocking fees
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in confirmed defect cases
Fees (if applicable) will be communicated after inspection
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
Used, altered, or customized hair products
Products returned outside the approved timeframe
Clearance or promotional sale items (unless defective)
